Exchanges of current items which still have their original labels and/or packaging must be arranged by email before items are returned.

Ripley Court families are asked to hand their exchanges to Ripley Court reception in a sealed bag.

Refunds can be issued for any current items which are unworn and have their original labels and/or packaging.
